Receiving Your Piece
As a personal jeweller, I believe my responsibility for a piece doesn’t end when I finish making it. How it reaches you is part of the process too.
My practice moves between Greece and Australia, and I work with clients in different places. Rather than having a standard shipping method or adding a delivery charge at checkout, I consider each piece and its journey individually.
A Personal Approach to Jewellery
When we arrange your purchase or commission, I will consider where you are, where the piece is being made or held, its value, and the most appropriate way for it to reach you safely.
For some pieces, this may simply mean arranging a trusted, tracked and insured delivery service.
For particularly significant or high-value pieces, a more personal approach may be appropriate. Depending on the piece and your location, this could include arranging specialist delivery, coordinating a collection, or personally delivering your piece to you.
The right arrangement will always be discussed with you beforehand.
Between Greece and Australia
I generally spend the European summer, from May to September, in Greece, where I create my seasonal body of work. I then return to Australia, where this collection becomes available and I continue my practice and bespoke work.
Because of this, the location of a piece — and where I am working at the time — may influence how I arrange its delivery.
I see this flexibility as part of working with me as a personal jeweller. I am not tied to a standard fulfilment process and can consider what makes the most sense for you and your piece.
Delivery Costs
The method of delivery and any associated costs will be considered before your purchase or commission is confirmed.
These costs will be included in the final quote I provide to you, rather than added unexpectedly afterwards.
For bespoke commissions, we will agree on how your finished piece will reach you before your deposit is paid.
Recieving Your Piece
Whether your piece arrives by insured delivery, is collected by arrangement, or is handed to you personally, my priority is that it reaches you safely and in a way that feels appropriate to the piece.
